Digg is a user driven social content website that offers the ability to post, rate, and comment on articles all across the Internet. The screen is 44% larger then the iPod and retails for only $249.00. It comes in three colors: black, brown, and white and can be highly customized with backgrounds. The Zune connects to an online Zune Marketplace where users can purchase music and video. The battery life is up to 14 hours when playing music and 4 hours when playing video.
The highly anticipated wireless technology allows users to send music and pictures to each other and then the Zune user can listen to the music three times for free or three days before deciding if they would like to purchase the song. Users can purchase song one at a time or by a monthly subscription for unlimited downloads. The monthly subscription runs around $15 a month. The Zune has the ability to add new features through software updates and the possibility of a Zune phone has been discussed by Microsoft. It comes bundled with free music and videos when purchased. The Zune is expected to be an extremely popular Holiday gift and compete with Apple's iPod.

Revver is a video sharing website along the lines of YouTube, but shares all ad revenue with the creators and distributors 50/50. Videos can be displayed, downloaded, and shared across the web in Flash and Quick time formats. It was founded in 2004 in Southern California. Some YouTube users have migrated over to Revver because the opportunity to make revenue on content. With Halloween soon the popularity of the pumpkin is easy to see. It is a squash fruit that is used as decorations and in a variety of different foods. The pumpkin comes in all shapes and sizes, ranging from the very small up to the Pumpkins that have to be carried by machinery and lifts. It is commonly a bright orange color, but also comes in white, green, brown, and black as well.
Pumpkins are very popular in the Fall and are traditionally used to carve Jack-o'-lanterns for use as part of Halloween celebrations. When making food it can be used to make bread, cake, pie, soup, and mashed into other recipes. The seeds can be cooked and fried and eaten as snacks. Pumpkin carving contest are often held as well as growing the largest pumpkin around. The biggest Pumpkin ever recorded was over 1,400 lbs. YouTube is a free video sharing website where users upload, view, and share video clips. It has show exceptional growth since establishing in February 2005 by three employees of PayPal. Recently Google announced the purchase of YouTube for approximately 1.6 Billion in Google stock. I have embedded a video of a baby Panda sneezing, very funny to watch to show how easy it is to use YouTube. It is very simple and easy to do so check out YouTube.
Currently over 50,000 videos are uploaded everyday to YouTube making it one of the fastest growing websites around. Over 100 million clips are viewed daily on YouTube and the site has over 20 Million visitors every month. It is extermely popular among the younger generation. Traditional media has taken notice and YouTube has struck deals with NBC and CBS as of late.
Future goals for YouTube include to offer every music video every made on demand and to showcase upcoming film directors. Videos can be searched by tags, grouped into categories, show the number of downloads, and are ranked by stars. YouTube users have gained iconic status on a variety of topics.
