Music can transform our thoughts and minds instantly.  When we hear a song it can bring back memories and help us relax.  It is one of the most universal languages around, where individuals from different cultures can enjoy a song from the rhythm and beat.  It takes on all forms ranging from opera, classical, pop, country, rap, jazz, blues, alternative, rock and roll, and more.  Some people find favor it all types and others have their personal favorites.   When we hear certain songs like a national anthem we all take a moment to reflect on the moment at hand.  Other times we have to dance because of the energizing beat of the music.

Adversity is something that creeps into our life everyday in some form. It is defined as adverse conditions, a state of misfortune.  How we deal with adversity really can make all the difference in our lives and in which direction we travel.  It can lead to success or failure.  It can define who we are, test our strength, show our limits, push us to new heights, or break us.  It is a fuel to fire great accomplishments and an anchor for others to become bitter and spiteful.
