Revver is a video sharing website along the lines of YouTube, but shares all ad revenue with the creators and distributors 50/50.  Videos can be displayed, downloaded, and shared across the web in Flash and Quick time formats. It was founded in 2004 in Southern California.  Some YouTube users have migrated over to Revver because the opportunity to make revenue on content. The site has over 100,000 videos with the most popular being a creator of videos mixing Mentos into Coke.

MySpace uses?

MySpace is a social networking website that offers an interactive network of users.  Individuals can submit profiles, photos, music, blogs, and videos.  It can be highly customized by users and individuals can communicate through leaving messages on friend's MySpace pages.  It has an internal search engine as well as internal e-mail system.  It has over 100 million accounts created and is currently the fourth most popular destination on the web.

MySpace was created in 2003 by Tom Anderson and Chris DeWolfe in Southern California and has grown into an icon of the current generation.  It was sold to Rupert Murdoch's News Corporation in July of 2005 for $580 Million Dollars.  Contents of a typical MySpace page include profiles, comments, communication, music, video, pictures, and high levels of customization by users.  MySpace is a often in the news with stories profiling the possible dangers of the online community, but it also has many benefits in providing a free and open voice for all users to share and create communities with others.  It can not be argued that it has grown into one of the most popular destinations of the current Internet community.  How do you use MySpace?
