WD-40 is an extermely useful product, that is used in a variety of different ways in homes across the world. By definition it is a penetrating oil or lubricant in a spray form. It was developed in 1953 by Norm Larsen to eliminate water and prevent corrosion on electrical circuitry, but quickly found many other uses throughout the years.
